All week long, you can discover and taste local and Mediterranean specialities, such as tielles (small squid and tomato pies), griddled cuttlefish and Sétoise cuttlefish, stuffed squid, gardianne de taureau (beef stew), brasucade (a mussels dish) and fresh fish.
